Auger Filler is
versatile powder filling machine for packing free flowing as well as non
free flowing powders, like Pharmaceutical
powders,
Chemical powders, Talcum powder, Pesticide powder, Ground Spices, Ground
Coffee, Flours, Milk powder, Juice Powders, etc. It is available
in Semi
Automatic stand alone versions as well as Automatic version.
The machine operates on
the principle of Positive Displacement Screw operating under
constant head. The precisely designed
Auger
displaces the product through funnel into the pouch/ container held under
the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an
electromagnetic
Clutch/Brake unit & Photoelectric sensor. A Screw Conveyor, with
a big Silo at ground level and level sensors, for maintaining constant head
in the filling hopper can be synchronised with the Auger
Filling machine.
The Auger Filler can
also be mounted and be synchronized with Sachet Packer, (
FFS), Bagging machine or with Indexing Conveyor
for
automatic filling of powders in sachets or solid containers respectively.
Augers with Servo Motors are also available for more precise filling.
