These
machines are two station machines. First stage comprises of Infra- Red
Preform Pre-heater unit and second stage comprising of the Stretch Blow
Moulding unit.
Main
features of the machine are:
- Machine is equipped with built-in Microprocessor.
- Equipped with pneumatic cylinders and valves of
world class make.
- Stretching unit applies sliding guide, with
stretching length adjustable as required, to the height of the
bottle Mould.
- A pressure reduction/adjusting valve controls the
speed of stretching and the opening and closing of the moulds.
- Excessive compressed air is exhausted through
silencer.
Two optional methods, manual or automatic operation are available
and is convenient for testing, production and maintenance.
- Speed of production - 500/600 bottles per hour.
Machine
can be designed for larger Bottles and Jars.
We
also supply the other required accessories such as the Compressor,
Refrigerated Air Dryer, Chiller and the Moulds as per the clients
requirements.
