The third station houses pre-cut aluminum lids in a magazine and
the lids are dispensed (placed on the cups) one at a time in a synchronous
fashion.
The fourth station has an electrically heated punch, which seals
the lid on to the cup. Special designs allow very long life of the
heater.
The fifth station has an optional contact rubber stereo printing
unit {at extra cost} with typical printing area of 25x 25 mm. This
is useful in printing data [date, batch code etc.] on top of the
sealed cup.
The sixth
station duly ejects the finished cups onto a turntable or chute.
