Automatic Weigh Filling Machines are suitable for filling all Granular products,
Bits and Pieces like Sugar, Rice, Potato Wafers, Nuts, Grains,
Pulses, Dals, Tea, Seeds, Namkeens,
Farsan, whole Spices, Silica gel,
Tobacco, Pesticides, etc. etc.

These machines are
available in Single Head, Twin Head, 4 Head etc.
Machines are load cell based. Each head is supported by twin vibrator
feeds for coarse and fine filling of weights. In case of Potato Wafers
and other odd shaped products even 3 stages of vibratory feeding are
provided. Accuracy of up to +- 1 % can be achieved. All contact parts are
in Stainless Steel. Entire machine can also be supplied in Stainless
Steel (GMP Model), as may be required by the client.
Weight range from
10gm to 100 gm; 100 gm. to 1 Kg; 2 kg. to 5 Kg;
10 Kg.
Machine is controlled by
microprocessor through key pad given on the control panel. Tare weight,
In-flight weight, auto correction, weight display, pouch counter,
individual vibrator control, coarse and fine settings are in built
features on the control panel. All pneumatics, wherever required, are of
world class make.

an excellent solution for Super Markets, Food Malls, where a variety
of products have to be packed and for small and medium sized
re-packers. Any unskilled person can operate. No change parts for
