Automatic 2 Nozzle Paint filling machine is load cell based Weigh metric Filling Machine, Gravimetric Filling Machine, suitable for water based emulsion paint filling and solvent based enamel paint filling in open top containers in volumetric range of 500 L to 4 L and from in another model from 4 L to 20 L

• The unit comprises of a dodge conveyor (intermittent) moving two station at a time.
• Load Cell based Weigh metric Filling stations
• Two stage filling cut-off for coarse and fine filling to achieve maximum accuracy
• Manual Lid Placing stations
• Automatic transfer of the filled containers to the online Lid Pressing unit
• Online Automatic Lid Pressing of the containers, synchronized with the Filling machine
• Exit conveyor

The production rate depends on the viscosity of the material and the volume to be filled.
Accuracy: +/- 6 g. for 500 ml to 4 Liters and +/- 15 g for 4L to 20 L
FLP model is offered for filling of solvent based paints and Non-FLP model is offered for water based emulsions. All product contact parts are in Stainless Steel 304 grade.
