Distemper pouch Filling Machine is a pneumatically operated distemper filling machine for filling of 1 kg distemper paint in pouches. It is a piston filler operated with compressed air.
The machine is equipped with a S.S. 304 Volumetric Hopper of 50 L capacity, adjustable Piston suitable for filling from 200 ml to 1 L. Rotary Valve and Pneumatic plunger/stopper. Since it does not use any electricity it can be used for flammable liquids, pastes and creams too. The complete machine is built in S.S. 304 grade.
The machine can also be used to fill from 200 ml to 1 L semi viscous liquids into solid containers.
