Automatic Lid Pressing Machine for 10L and 20L Buckets and Pails

Lid pressing for closing of filled buckets is an essential operation required by manufacturers who are packing the products in open top plastic pails and buckets. The old hammering of lids on to the buckets is a tedious, time consuming and labour oriented process. Automatic Lid Pressing Machines make the process of lid pressing extremely easy and efficient ensuring high productivity and sealing of lids. Automatic Lid Pressing Machines can be custom built to synchronize with the existing filling unit or can be supplied with the filling machine.

The Automatic bucket Lid Pressing machine is manufactured in 2 variants, variant one comprises of a conveyor for transfer of filled buckets/pails and a Lid Pressing unit, which can be supplied with Pneumatic Lid Pressing unit and variant two comprises of continuous bucket conveyor with continuous Roller backed Belt type Lid Pressing unit.

For the machine with the Pneumatic Lid Pressing unit, the bottom conveyor is run intermittently and the pneumatic Lid Pressing unit presses the lid on to the bucket when it is under the Pressing unit.

For Automatic Lid Pressing Machine for 10 L to 20 L buckets with roller backed belt type Lid pressing unit, the bottom conveyor is continuous running and it’s speed and that of the Lid pressing unit are synchronized to ensure stability to the filled container while it is being simultaneously pressing the lids on to the containers. The height of the Lid pressing unit is adjustable to suit the height of the container.
