Automatic Grease Filling Machines

Automatic Grease Filling Machines are manufactured for filling grease in solid containers in range of 500 g to 1 Kg only for the present and suitable for grease manufacturing units, requiring higher production. The outlet from the overhead storage tank is connected to the hopper of the filling machine and grease is dispensed into it through an auger filler. The level of grease in the filling machine hopper is controlled by a sensor, level switch, and valve which automatically starts and stops the dispensing to ensure desirable level in the hopper.

Empty containers placed onto the moving conveyor are sensed by a sensor which activates the filling system when these containers are under the filling head., through two positively displacement systems for better accuracy. Filling is volumetric. The machine is electro mechanical and also requires compressed air.

Production depends on the viscosity of the grease and the weight to be filled in the container.

All product contact parts are in Stainless Steel 304.
Hopper Capacity: 60 L
S.S. Slat Conveyor length: 1800 mm. If Online Lid Pressing is also required conveyor length increases to 2400 mm.
Accuracy: +/- 1.5% of the set weight.
Motors Hp depends on the viscosity of the grease.
