K & R International also offers Semi Automatic powder filling machines with Load cell based Weigh Filling Systems. The machines are equipped with Servo driven Auger, are PLC based with HMI for easy control of different weights. This system is suitable for filling powders in solid containers. The PLC panel has settings for Auto Tare, Net Weight, Coarse filling, Fine filling and auto shut off on achieving the set weight. The machines can be equipped with an inclined screw feeder or a horizontal screw feeder to transfer the powder from the bin to the filling machine’s hopper. All contact parts are in Stainless steel 304.
