Semi Automatic Pail or Bucket Lid Pressing Machines are Pneumatic Lid Pressing Machines which require no electricity and so are safe to use in hazardous environment.

Our Standard Semi Automatic Lid Pressing machines are suitable for Bucket Pails from 10 L to 20 L capacities. Two options are offered: one for Lids with external fitment and the other for Lids with internal fitment. The machines can be built to suit higher volume buckets up to 30 Kg. capacities. No electricity is required. The machine is provided with roller conveyor to facilitate transfer of filled buckets. The machine is mounted on wheels with base pads, for easy movement in the factory. The machines are suitable for round, square and rectangular shaped containers which require lid pressing only.

Semi Automatic Lid Pressing Machines are for Pails and buckets are suitable for Paint Buckets, DEF buckets, Animal Feed Buckets, Oil buckets, and virtually all types of buckets with open top lids.
