The Automatic Tube Filling Machine is a 12 station Rotary machine, with Auto Loading, Pressing, Orientation, Filling, Pre-heating, Sealing, Batching and cutting, and ejection of the complete filled tubes.

The Semi Automatic Tube Filling machine has almost all similar functions but the tubes have to be manually loaded into the sockets provided. Orientation of the tubes too is optional and can be included, if required.

An Economical model of Semi automatic Tube Filling and trimming machine consists of three units on the same table. Tubes are manually loaded into the socket, and taken to the nozzle of the filling unit, after filling the filled tubes along with the socket is shifted manually to the pre-heating of the sealing area of the tube and immediately at the next station, the tubes are sealed, trimmed and batch coded.

Tube filling Machines are used to fill Tooth Paste, Hand Wash, Lotions, Cosmetic Creams, Ointments, Paste and a number of other viscous products.
The machine can fill from 3 g to 200 g with the help of change parts such as pistons, sockets, pre-heating chamber etc.

Options to hot fill are provided where required and a jacketed heated hopper is provided with temperature controls for the product.

The machines are Custom built to suit the characteristics of the product to be filled and the filling range required.
